Lalita goes by the nickname Dao which means “star”– and she really is one!Her parents are day laborers on a farm struggling to raise eight children, Dao, five sisters and two brothers.
Dao likes playing sports and in school her favorite class is Thai.
Dao appreciates that Warm Heart gives children far from Phrao an opportunity for an education.
Someday she hopes to become a doctor.

Recent Report Card
Lalita finished her first term at Panich Technical College vocational high school in Chiang Mai with a 2.23. She is thriving but adjusting to a different pace of studies. She is making friends and promises to focus more on her studies this term.
