Warm Heart is a family, literally to the dozens of kids in the Warm Heart Homes and figuratively to the many kids and families that are part of our many activities. Warm Heart is also a community organization. Our Board is comprised of teachers, village notables and local officials and we are involved in every aspect of daily life. Although many foreign staff work at Warm Heart, we are a Thai community organization. And small town life in Thailand is about modesty, respect for others and family values.
To work at Warm Heart is to become a member of our community. The basic codes of conduct that define appropriate behavior in Phrao, our literal community, are also our code of conduct. If you chose to become a member of our community, we expect you to live in harmony with your neighbors during your stay with us. As members of our community, we expect you to abide by them both at work and during your time off.
